Harry C. Smith

Jay Fuller
Mr. Fuller, a partner of Smith and Fuller, is primarily focused on criminal law. He attended University of Illinois followed by Northern Illinois University College of Law. Mr. Fuller provides realistic, straightforward advice to his clients. A former Assistant State's Attorney in DuPage County, Mr. Fuller has fostered positive relationships with judges, prosecutors, and defense attorneys that all contribute to his distinguished ability to represent his clients. Mr. Fuller understands the many nuances of criminal law, and is able to advise his clients when trial is not in their best interest, but also advises when he believes trial is necessary. Regardless of how a case is resolved, Mr. Fuller is always well-prepared and dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients.
ERIC SUCHARSKI
Eric Sucharski has been Of Counsel with Smith & Fuller since 2016, with a primary focus on family law. Mr. Sucharski graduated from the United States Naval Academy and, thereafter, served on activity duty as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy. After more than a decade of experience as a senior corporate sales executive, he attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. His many years of military/corporate leadership experience, coupled with his personal experiences, offers clients a unique perspective regarding how to approach and negotiate settlement of very challenging impasses that parties in litigation sometimes face. Mr. Sucharski understands firsthand the emotions, concerns and uncertainty that accompanies divorce. Thus, his primary objective in all cases is to streamline the process as much as is possible in order to obtain the most favorable outcome.
